Life Coast Community Health Center is expanding our dental services in Thibodaux and we are looking for a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is an opportunity to serve a community-focused health center dedicated to accessible, quality care for patients across the region.

Job Description

Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments for patients of all ages. Document patient records accurately within the electronic health record system. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Assist with dental screenings and coordinate with the dental team on patient treatment plans. Maintain a safe and sanitary clinical environment in compliance with infection control standards.

Qualifications

Active Louisiana Dental Hygienist license in good standing. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. CPR/BLS certification required. Experience in a clinical or community health setting preferred. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
